Charles Grant will likely leave camp in mid-August
to report to his felony charge hearing on August 15 in Georgia.
The Saints play the Houston Texans in New Orleans
on August 16.
Grant will be arraigned at 9am that day in Early
County, Georgia for his charge of involuntary manslaughter for
his involvement in a February bar fight.
The fight claimed the life of an innocent bystander
and her fetus. Grant's friend Laquient Macklin faces the charge
of murder and feticide for being the triggerman.
Grant posted bond of $10,000 in May.
