Rookie LB Arnoux lost to injury

Fourth round pick LB Stanley Arnoux suffered an Achilles tendon injury today at the Saints' rookie minicamp.

The diagnosis was not good at first glance, and the delay in announcing it was pending an MRI. He is out for his rookie season, and will still receive a contract.

Tryout receiver John Halman from Concordia College suffered a torn Achilles' in practice as well. The Saints' three other draft picks participated with a host of other street free agents and undrafted rookies, as well as two second-year players in G Tim Duckworth and RB Lynell Hamilton.
