How Do You Follow a 6-TD Game?

Fascinating stat work by the guys at pro-football-reference.com:

Last weekend, Drew Brees became just the 14th quarterback in the post-merger NFL to toss six TD passes in a single game, decimating the hapless Lions defense in a 45-27 Saints win.

...

But my question is, how did they follow their big passing performance in the following game?

...

As you can see, only two quarterbacks since 1970 -- Peyton Manning and Tom Brady -- have followed their 6-TD game with more than 2 in their next game. Can Brees become the third... against a Philadelphia D that allowed zero TD (and snagged 5 INTs) against Jake Delhomme and the Panthers in Week 1? Only time will tell.
