The Saints have released a list of five players already ruled out of this Sunday's game in Buffalo. LT Jammal Brown (hip, hernia) and TE Darnell Dinkins (foot) were expected. The Saints confirmed that RB Mike Bell (MCL sprain), WR Lance Moore (hamstring) and DT Kendrick Clancy (knee) are out.
Bell and Moore suffered their injuries last week in Philadelphia. Clancy missed the Eagles game and DT Remi Ayodele is expected to start.
With Bell out, the Saints will go with a mix of Reggie Bush, a recovering Pierre Thomas (who missed the first game with a similar injury to Bell's) and youngster Lynell Hamilton, who will see his first NFL action.
With Moore out, the Saints play fewer four-receiver sets, and when they do, it will be with Courtney Roby or possibly Rod Harper, who might be active for the first time.
The Bills injuries of note: they ruled out starting right tackle Brad Butler and starting linebacker Paul Posluszny. Rookie TE Shawn Nelson is doubtful. Standout CB Terrence McGee and former LSU WR Josh Reed are both questionable with ankle issues.
