League Expands Offseason Rosters

The NFL's Management Council Executive Committee established an increased offseason roster today, from 80 to 90.

Effective 4pm ET on April 24, all teams will have ten more roster spots for the offseason.

After preseason week four, teams will cut their rosters from 90 to 75, and then again after preseason to the unchanged regular season roster of 53.  The salary cap continues to count only the 51 highest players on the roster.
