Horn unsure about playoff appearance

WR Joe Horn still doesn't know whether or not he will be active against the Eagles. Horn's torn groin muscle is more than a month old, but the is not yet 100%.

The danger and the decision for Sean Payton is activating and starting Horn- only to have him go down early on with an aggravation of the injury and the leave the team one man short. Horn says he understands Payton's decision either way, that he will be ready to play or satisfied to sit in the Saints' second ever divisional playoff game.

In addition to Horn, S Omar Stoutmire is questionable. Jay Bellamy would start at strong safety if Stoutmire is not available.

The Eagles' Thomas Tapeh is questionable with a knee injury. He is the only true fullback on the roster, but Correll Buckhalter could slide into the blocking role if Tapeh is ruled out...

Notes: Former Saint draft pick DE Melvin Williams has been signed by the Voodoo... According to the NFL, Miami is likely to be the foreign-soil host for a regular season game next year, hosting either the Giants or Bills. The Saints were mentioned as a candidate to "host"...
