The NFC won big in the 2011 Pro Bowl in Hawaii on Sunday.
Drew Brees entered the game in the fourth quarter up 45-28 and immediately hit Falcons TE Tony Gonzales for a 31-yard completion. In two drives, Brees led the NFC All-Stars to two field goal attempts, though Eagles kicker David Akers missed the first from 36 yards out.
Brees hit Rams RB Steven Jackson for an 11-yard gain and Cowboys TE Jason Witten for 18 to set up the second field goal attempt, from 38 yards out. The NFC scored once more, on an interception return for a touchdown, before Matt Cassel led the AFC to two late touchdowns including a wild lateral-filled play that covered 67 yards. Brees kneeled the NFC's five final snaps.
Guard Jahri Evans started and his linemate Carl Nicks played, as did Saints strong safety Roman Harper, who collected three tackles.
